Your role 

The RNLI is on a strategic transformation journey to enhance our digital estate, streamline information flow, improve integrations, and establish a robust Service Oriented Architecture (SOA). As part of this initiative, we are looking for an experienced Architect to define a comprehensive, detailed target architecture that will underpin current and future business needs. 

In this role you will strive to ensure that our systems best support our organisational goals, and that information flows smoothly between them to enable us to deliver an architecture that best supports our volunteers, and our goal of saving every one. 

About you 

To be considered as our new Lead Business Systems Analyst you will need: 

  • Proven experience as a Solution Architect, particularly in Integration Architecture. 
  • Strong background in data and applications. 
  • Specialist knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Workday and Azure SaaS services  
  • Experience in developing target architectures for digital transformation initiatives. 
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills to work effectively with solution architects and data teams

You will be confident engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders, able to translate architectural thinking into actionable plans and committed to delivering value quickly.
