We are looking for a Production Manager to join a busy Creative Services department. This role is at the heart of the continued success of a high performing, friendly and award-winning team.

Your role

As our Production Manager (Creative Services), you will be responsible for triaging briefs, managing resource effectively, managing budgets and looking after our print on demand system.   

About you

To be our Production Manager (Creative Services), you will need experience working within a creative agency environment.   

We’re looking for someone who can work at a fast pace and sees the opportunities our projects present. Interrogating briefs is a big part of the role, we need someone who has the confidence to have challenging conversations and help shape briefs finding cost effective solutions.

We're a full-service agency, so you will need to be comfortable across all Marketing comms, from print and DM, to email, digital, film and content.

As well as working as part of a team, you will need to have the ability to drive work forward independently.
