About the role

RNLI face-to-face fundraising is a job with a difference. You will inspire support for our lifesavers' amazing work, and you will also play a vital role in educating the public on how to respect the water. Your role will cover both fundraising and driving a successful team through motivating and inspiring others to success too.

About you

We are seeking highly motivated, driven and committed individuals to raise vital funds and public awareness for the RNLI. You will be required to assist the Senior F2F Fundraiser in mentoring and training new staff: Always leading by example with a positive attitude towards the role.

You will need to be an experienced fundraiser, capable of hitting targets and able to set the benchmark for new staff in respect of behaviours and performance. 

Candidates will need to be determined and hardworking individuals with excellent communication skills and desire to work in a team towards a common goal.

Things to note

  • All our face-to-face fundraisers need to be 18 on their first day of work
  • A driving licence is not necessary but is beneficial
