Are you looking for a part-time role where your attention to detail and customer service skills can make a real difference? We’re looking for an Experience Team Officer to join our team at the RNLI Regional Base in Swords, working three days a week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. This varied, office-based role combines donation processing, administration and customer service. You’ll help make sure donations are processed accurately; supporters are acknowledged and our fundraising and retail volunteers across Ireland receive a great service.

Your role
As an Experience Team Officer you can expect to be doing the following daily:
• Process donations accurately and efficiently, ensuring supporter records are kept up to date.
• Help ensure supporters are acknowledged and thanked for their donations.
• Respond to enquiries from fundraising and retail volunteers across Ireland by phone and email.
• Provide administrative support with volunteer applications, stock and other enquiries.
• Maintain accurate records and handle personal and financial information appropriately.
• Support colleagues across the wider Experience teams during particularly busy periods.
About you
You don’t necessarily need previous fundraising experience. We’re more interested in finding someone who enjoys working with both people and information and who is:
• Accurate and comfortable working with detailed information.
• Organised and able to follow established processes.
• Confident using computers and learning new systems.
• Comfortable communicating with people by phone and email.
• Able to manage a varied workload and changing priorities.
• Committed to providing excellent customer service.
• Comfortable handling confidential information.
Experience of administration, data processing, databases or customer service would be useful. Experience of fundraising or volunteering is welcome but isn’t essential.
