We are looking for a motivated individual with an energetic approach to their work to join the RNLI’s National Events Team.
The ideal candidate will have a wealth of event management experience and will be able to demonstrate their skills in client management; event planning and event delivery to produce great results in a time critical environment. Experience with SharePoint, InDesign, Microsoft AX or Dynamics 365 and an IOSH or similar event safety qualification would be advantageous.
Your primary responsibility will be planning and delivering a portfolio of inspiring, high quality, and relevant events to support our internal customers to achieve their aims; this can include but is not limited to lifeboat naming’s, exhibitions, fundraising events and volunteer recognition events.
In terms of logistics this is very much a “hands on” role so we are looking for someone that is equally adept at packing, loading, and driving event vehicles for build-up and breakdown as planning, co-ordinating and networking at events.
As RNLI events can be based anywhere in the UK or Republic of Ireland, we are looking for an independent individual that is happy to travel frequently for work.
