About us
Our purpose is simple: to save lives at sea. 24 hours a day, every day, RNLI lifesavers are ready to launch to the rescue. We are known as a lifeboat and lifeguard service, famous for heroic acts of courage, but we’re more than a rescue organisation. We influence, supervise and educate people too. Increasingly, we are helping people to stay safe on the water. To do this, our teams need a dedicated, professional, and talented team behind them, and that’s where you come in. This is your chance to join that team and help save lives every day.
We are recruiting a Transformation Technical Workstream Lead to support the technical workstreams across the RNLI’s digital transformation programme, so that our core application configuration and processes are best supporting our new cloud architecture, and ensuring a flow of good quality information into the hands of our users in the best way possible to support our mission of saving lives at sea

- Work across the project workstreams, implementation partners and other stakeholders to ensure we have a realistic plan to deliver the required data capability.
- Ensure that where capabilities extend across projects, inconsistencies of approach are highlighted, and play a part in identifying a unified solution.
- Via SMEs, support implementation activity driven by project managers, acting as an escalation point for both ITS teams and project managers to evaluate issues and mitigations.
