We’re looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the implementation of a new Human Capital Management (HCM) system, replacing our legacy Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 platform. This is an integral role at the heart of our transformation journey, and we’re seeking someone who can bring structure and leadership to ensure successful delivery.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the full lifecycle of our HCM system implementation, from planning through to delivery, go-live, and adoption. You will be managing cross-functional teams and engaging with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation whilst working closely with external implementation partners.

You will ensure effective risk management, clear governance, and timely reporting and support system integrations, data migration, and change management to drive organisation-wide success.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience delivering HCM system implementations (e.g. Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM).
  • A strong background in technology-enabled change projects, ideally involving the replacement of core ERP or HR systems.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Professional project management qualifications such as Prince2, APM, PMP, or equivalent practical experience.
  • A good understanding of systems integration, data migration, and enterprise processes.
