We are looking for an experienced Commercial manager who has experience of small and large capital projects and reactive, planned and unplanned maintenance in an estate portfolio to join us in the new role of Senior Commercial Manager, supporting our estates team and developing a new team and capability to support our broad estates from lifeboat stations to moorings.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference. You will be coming into this new role at an interesting time as we shape the organisation to take on the challenges of the future with the delivery of our 5-Year Plan (2026 to 2030) in support of our overall RNLI strategy 2040.
