Your Role

As Head of Production, you will lead our production teams to build, refit and repair our extensive fleet, including launch and recovery equipment. You will also be responsible for leadership of our industrial strategy and surveying team. This role forms part of our Engineering and Supply (E&S) Department Senior Leadership Team. Together, their aim is to deliver trusted, sustainable solutions to bring our people home safely.

About You

We are looking for someone with excellent, proven experience in a similar role, ideally from a marine or engineering environment. To be considered as our new Head of Production you will also need to be able to demonstrate:

  • Experience of leading, managing and developing multi-disciplinary and in some cases geographically diverse teams
  • Experience and understanding of leading complex production, repair and refit processes.
  • A track record of effective collaboration in a complex environment with internal and external partners.
  • Experience of leading change in a manufacturing/production environment.
  • A demonstrable track record in driving improvement against clear and measurable targets and standards.
  • Relevant degree or post graduate qualification in a related discipline
