This exciting and varied role within the National Events Team plays an integral part in delivering RNLI events and campaigns that build strong relationships with a variety of audiences.

This role provides the vital support to a team of Event Managers and Event Business Partners as well as acting as our initial point of contact for event participants, supporters, and other key stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will include providing admin support and fulfilment for specific events, managing internal processes (purchase orders, hire cars, travel booking, event equipment management etc.), managing event attendee lists, as well as creating and managing online event listings for volunteer-led events.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to remain calm under pressure. A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential, whilst experience with SharePoint, InDesign, Microsoft AX, Dynamics 365, Care NG or Beacon would be desirable.

Whilst this role is predominately office-based work some of the responsibilities require some physical activity, and there is also a requirement to travel to events on a limited basis as part of this role.

This post requires a valid driving licence.
