Are you looking for a remote creative services role with a principal UK charity? We are looking for a full-time Direct Mail Account Manager, and the fully remote job comes with an attractive salary of £33,000 to £36,445 per annum, depending on experience, and excellent benefits.

As a collaborative, inclusive and flexible Direct Mail Account Manager, you will work with the in-house team to develop, deliver and manage ongoing RNLI communications. We produce a wide variety of mailings, from ongoing membership programmes and mass appeals to highly targeted packs across both warm and cold audiences.

Understanding data, postage and having the ability to brief suppliers on highly complex jobs is essential, as is having the creative flair and experience to work with our in-house designers and account handlers to advise on personalisation and innovative solutions.

To apply for this marketing and creative role, you will need exceptional  previous Direct Mail experience. You will also require the following:

  • Experience managing large budgets
  • Experience managing Direct Mail campaigns
  • Confidence acting as a go-to person for key stakeholders at all levels
  • The ability to brief suppliers on highly complex jobs
  • The creative flair for working with in-house designers to advise on personalisation and innovative solutions
