About the role 

In this role, you'll play a key role in defining and delivering integrated Digital Experiences, by working in partnership with fundraising stakeholders to drive strategic change and continuous improvement across key digital projects. 

You’ll be responsible for having an in-depth understanding of the digital offering, fundraising products and supporters to deliver a backlog for our digital projects. Understanding products and people is key – as is commercial orientation. Building strong relationships across the organisation, you’ll work closely with our Creative Services, Social and Marketing teams, acting as the Digital SME and influencer, and creating a collaborative and trusting environment to innovate and try new things. 

You’ll be proactive with the team in identifying opportunities for improvement through the application of lean and agile methodologies, and technology, and seek opportunities to coordinate workflows with those of internal and external partners.  

About you 

We are looking for someone who has 

  • The ability to prioritise, oversee and manage a broad variety of projects: our digital team is much in demand 

  • Ability to prioritise and manage conflicting stakeholder expectations and deadlines 

  • Strong communication skills – written and verbal – and the ability to influence stakeholders, bringing them on a journey with you 

  • A good understanding of digital project management 

  • A sound understanding of digital experience best practices, including SEO, accessibility, and UX 

  • Hands-on experience with CMS platforms, digital performance and analytics
