We support a number of significant applications including Dynamics AX, and are looking for someone to join our team delivering technical support and solutions, providing new, efficient and innovative ways of delivering our lifesaving service.
About the role
In this stimulating role, you will deliver technical support to the organisation, ensuring the smooth running of all aspects of applications. The successful candidates will also:
- Provide the technical support to assigned business areas; work with partners and customers to conduct root cause analysis, evaluate and generate ideas, contribute to the design of solutions for improvement and to effective implementation plans.
- Be responsible for the successful delivery of technical solutions including testing of new and existing applications and performing post-resolution follow-ups to ensure problems have been adequately resolved.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including Applications Business Partners, IT and management teams in order to help identify technical opportunities, mitigate risks and deliver technical change / improvements in most effective way.
- Manage the priority, schedule, and administration of all instances where enhancements and defect resolution are required.
About you
To be successful in this role you should have strong knowledge and experience of enterprise and desktop applications in one or more of the following AX areas; Production, Manufacturing, Supply Chain or Engineering Asset Management.
The successful candidate will have
- Hands-on knowledge of and experience with enterprise and desktop applications, eg: SharePoint, AX Dynamics 2012 – (HR / Financials / Production / Manufacturing / Supply Chain / Engineering Asset Management), Dynamics CRM or other complex applications.
- Experience of working with, and an understanding of 3rd Party Application Integrations / Interfaces and 3rd Party suppliers.
