About the Role

RNLI face-to-face fundraising is a job with a difference. You will inspire support for our lifesavers' amazing work, and you will also play a vital role in educating the public on how to respect the water.

Support the face-to-face management team in recruiting, training, coaching, and motivating a team to achieve its targets.

You will be required to get involved with a range of duties including staff recruitment and management, campaign planning and logistics as well as daily reports and communications required to drive our fundraising campaign to success.

Salary £13.64 / €18.67 per hour.

About You                                                          

We are seeking highly motivated and responsible individuals who can demonstrate excellent teamwork and leadership. Having exceptional communication and organisational skills is also a must.

You will need to lead from the front and be able to recruit new regular supporters and deliver water safety messages, so previous fundraising experience is essential.

Candidates must be forward thinking, able to demonstrate a positive attitude towards the role and have a passion for working with people.

Previous fundraising and people management/supervisory experience is essential.

Things to Note

  • All our face-to-face fundraisers need to be 18 on their first day of work
  • A driving licence is essential for this role
