About us
Our purpose is simple: to save lives at sea. 24 hours a day, every day, RNLI lifesavers are ready to launch to the rescue. We’re looking for a Retail Lead to join our Engagement Team. The team supports the RNLI through inspiring and motivating supporters and volunteers, in order to secure the vital income that powers our lifesaving delivery.
Your role
As a Retail Lead, you will be tasked with focus on the following areas:
- Ensure that the region has the right level of knowledge, skills and capability to deliver the retail activities and income outlined in the regional engagement plans
- Support volunteers to deliver the retail activity
- Identify and lead retail development opportunities
- Support strategic planning of all retail activities including capital projects
About you
You’ll be highly motivated who enjoys tackling challenging goals and targets and is creative in finding solutions to problems. A natural leader, you will be able to inspire and influence at all levels to drive and embed changes and improvements, keeping the supporter, volunteer and customer experience front of mind.
